Making RSO at Home

MAKE SURE YOU ARE OUTSIDE WITH GOOD AIR FLOW WHEN MAKING RSO.
THIS PROCESS IS VERY FLAMMABLE.
Items you need:
2 Large mixing bowls
Ricer Cooker
Round
Pyrex dish
Fan
Strainer
Cheese Cloth
Cannabis
Water
Gloves
Timer
Parchment Paper
Freezer
Unbleached Coffee Filters
High Proof Grain Alcohol (Everclear)
- 0.125 Gal Grain Alcohol to 1oz
- 0.25 Gal Grain Alcohol to 2oz
- 0.5 Gal Grain Alcohol to 4oz
- 1 Gal Grain Alcohol to 8oz
- 2 Gal Grain Alcohol to 16oz
- Freeze cannabis material and Grain Alcohol for 24-48 hours
- Add cannabis to mixing bowl
- Add Grain Alcohol needed to mixing bowl.
- Work cannabis in Grain Alcohol for 5 minutes.
- Strain infused Grain Alcohol into empty mixing bowl
- Put filtered infused Grain Alcohol in freezer for 24-48 hours
- Filter infused Grain Alcohol through unbleached coffee filters.
- Place fan in a position so it can blow over the top of the open rice cooker. (This removes the fumes from the area.)
- Fill rice cooker 1/2 with water.
- Put rice cooker on high
- Add infused Grain Alcohol to round Pyrex and place Pyrex in rice cooker. Making a warm water bath.
- When infused Grain Alcohol levels drop to about 2 inches add 10-12 drops of water.
- When Grain Alcohol levels get very low make sure to stir the product so it does not burn
- When all liquid is evaporated from the rice cooker remove RSO and place it on a piece of parchment paper
- Leave it out and exposed to room temperature environment for 48 hours.
- Smell RSO for any remaining alcohol. If there is no alcohol smell your RSO is ready. If you smell alcohol then your RSO needs to sit for another 24 hours exposed in room temperature.
Extra step to make the end product even cleaner.
You will need a heat mat and a vacuum chamber.
- Place vacuum chamber on top of heat mat.
- Set heat mat to 75-85 F
- Put RSO into vacuum chamber and pull -30 vacuum.
- Pull vacuum for 24-48 hours or until bubbles stop.
